NoahFace Dashboard

The NoahFace Dashboard is supported on any browser that supports HTML 5.0.

For example:

• Apple Safari
• Microsoft Edge

NoahFace iPad App

iPad

The NoahFace iPad App runs on any Apple iPad that is running iPad OS 15.0 or later.

In most circumstances, NoahFace recommends a base model Apple iPad (Gen 8 or later) with the minimum available storage.

The NoahFace App will run on an iPad Air, but there is no advantage compared with a base model iPad.

If you require a smaller screen, the NoahFace App will run on an iPad Mini.

If you require 3D liveness detection, the NoahFace App can take advantage of the TruDepth camera on an iPad Pro.

Mount

The NoahFace App is designed to be permanently wall mounted (see our Hardware page for recommended mounts).

The iPad must be mounted in a portrait orientation regardless of whether the camera is on the side (as in recent iPad models) or at the top (as in older iPad models).

Network

The NoahFace App requires a network connection via either:

• Wifi
• Ethernet (using a Belkin adaptor)
• 4G/5G

The NoahFace App is designed to continue to operate offline when a network connection is temporarily unavailable.

Power

Your iPad should have a permanent power supply either from an outlet or Power Over Ethernet (POE).

iPads are designed to continue to operate on battery when your power supply is temporarily unavailable.

NoahFace Go Mobile App

The NoahFace Go mobile App runs on either an Apple iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later OR an Android phone running Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later.
